Inspired by the colors of English bone china, this 10” x 8” design by Hazel Blomkamp is worked on cotton hopsack and incorporates surface embroidery, needle lace, needle weaving and bead embroidery techniques. The materials include #12 perle, #80 and stranded cottons, rayon threads, and Miyuki seed beads.
