After the success of my previous snowman, I thought it was only appropriate to create a Mrs. Sparkles to accompany Mr. Sparkles and be on display with him during the winter months. I wanted her to be full of the same joy and filled with texture.

Mrs. Sparkles has a beautiful purple cape containing a lacey trim, which gave me the opportunity to use one of my favorite stitches, the Branscome Edge. There are hearts hanging from her arms instead of snowflakes, and they are stitched directly onto the canvas. Her buttons are hearts, too, and while the ground is Bargello, I came up with a different pattern.
